Pre-registration is not required for IWCM 2008 meeting.

The conference proceeding will cost 40,000 won (about 45 USD). Only cash can be accepted as forms of payment.

The 5th international workshop on compact modeling will be held in Seoul, Korea, on January 21st, 2008. The workshop provides an opportunity for the discussion and the presentation of advances in modeling and simulation of integrated circuits.

- Compact modeling for all kinds of devices

- Parameter extraction methodology and strategy

- Circuit simulation techniques

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Authors should prepare an abstract with 2 to 10 pages including figures for inclusion in the workshop proceedings, and send the electronic file in PDF or MS-Word format to youngpark@samsung.com. Paper templates in TeX and Word formats are downloadable from the ASP-DAC 2008 site. Deadline for the submission is November 30th, 2007.
